Please do remember that, most of our properties are ALL BILLS INCLUDED as they are managed house shares. However is if not then as well as paying the rent, you will also be liable for all utilities including council tax, you will pay to insure your possessions and we pay for the inventory check in and check out.
Our room holding fee is typically a minimum 1 week rent to reserve the room. This gives you peace of mind that the room is yours subject to referencing..There are no fees to be inline with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. There are certain permitted payment such lost keys, change of tenancy, interest payments.
We let properties to professional singles, couples who will be thoroughly referenced. We regret that we do not let to students or non-EU citizens unless they have proven employment and been living in the UK for 3 years and have permanent residency. The vast majority of our clients are investor landlords, which is an advantage to you as it means that the properties are generally available for long term lets if required.
